Reiki Level 1/2 guides you to begin trusting yourself and opening to the Reiki energy whether that is in self treatments, treating others or in your day to day life. We will have plenty of hands-on practice, as well as learning how to incorporate the Reiki energy into your everyday life. You'll learn how to use Reiki to embrace and empower your true self, and how to hold space as a Reiki Practitioner for others to experience the same!

This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know yourself on a new level and become aware of how your body is continually speaking to you. All you have to do is slow down and listen!

We'll be staying at a Creekside campground located in the canyon of Sedona close to all the amazing shops! We'll visit my favorite coffee shop, dip in the creek, hike to a secret location and explore the town!

I always make time for fun, relaxation and personal down time. All trainings are done outside, supported and held by the spirit of the earth. This connection brings the experience to another level and matches your body with the frequencies of the earth creating calm and peace automatically on top of the overwhelming feeling of unconditional love that comes from Holy Fire Reiki!
