Reiki Level 1/2 guides you to begin opening to the Reiki energy, becoming aware of how it feels, what it looks like to give yourself a "Self- Treatment" and how to use this practice on a daily basis. (You'll be able to send Reiki ahead of you to wherever you're going!! Walking into and through that energy is a game changer!)

Some things you'll learn:

• How to cleanse and clear just about anything with Reiki

• How to give yourself a complete Reiki treatment

• How to give others a complete Reiki treatment

• How to share Reiki distantly

• How to "feel" what energy feels like in all areas of your body

• How to embrace your own ability to love and heal yourself

• How to encourage other people through the sharing of Reiki to take ownership of their own healing.

Our group size is kept small so that you get individual attention along with plenty of hands-on practice for Self- Reiki and sessions with others.​​

 

​You will have the chance to truly relax your shoulders, take a deep breath and be present for yourself for an entire weekend!
