Reiki Level 1/2 guides you to begin trusting yourself and opening to the Reiki energy whether that is in self treatments, treating others or in your day to day life.

 

​Reiki I and II are taught together during a weekend intensive. Both Placements are given. All the information and techniques for both levels are covered including:

​

• The standard Reiki session hand positions.

• Giving a complete Reiki session for self and others.

• Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho - developing your intuition, Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one's energy field.

• Using Reiki for to uncover hidden beliefs

• The Reiki II symbols and how to use them

• Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits.

• Holy Fire Healing Ceremony with Drums

• Distant healing.

• 190-page class manual.

• Class certificate.

 

We will have plenty of hands-on practice as you learn how to use Reiki to embrace and empower your true self, and how to hold space as a Reiki Practitioner for others to experience the same(If you choose to).

No prior experience required. Reiki meets you where you're at, and requires nothing of you except a willingness to learn.

This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know yourself on a new level and become aware of how your body is continually speaking to you. All you have to do is slow down and listen!

We'll be camping very close to the amazing beaches of San Clemente, but tucked away in the canyon. We'll enjoy the local coffee shops, parks, and some surprises thrown in!​
