Are you struggling to find inner peace? Do you feel restless or stressed? Do you wish you knew how to switch off for long enough to feel relaxed yet focused?

Today I want to share a couple meditations to help you find some ease.


The first one is simply to breathe deep, close your eyes if you can, and recite the words in the above picture. Just by turning your attention inward, you will have found a peaceful stillness that is yours any time you need it. Getting into the habit of tuning in will allow you to tune out the stress of things you can't control. At the end of the day we have the power to help ourselves feel better.


The second one goes a bit deeper, and will require about 30 mins of uninterrupted quiet time. This one is known in the Holy Fire Reiki Circles as the 'Holy Fire Healing Meditation'. It is designed to get at the heart of ANY blocks that you perceive, and align you with the best path for healing. It is very effective, and immediately relaxing. The meditation is also always included as part of my Distance Reiki Sessions, and is esp effective when combined with a healing session.


I hope that this gives you some ideas as to how to cope day to day when faced with stress. There are so many different ways to do this, the important thing is that you get in touch with what works for you.
