Reiki Level 1/2 guides you to begin trusting yourself and opening to the Reiki energy whether that is in self treatments, treating others or in your day to day life.

 

We will have plenty of hands-on practice as you learn how to use Reiki to embrace and empower your true self, and how to hold space as a Reiki Practitioner for others to experience the same!

This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know yourself on a new level and become aware of how your body is continually speaking to you. All you have to do is slow down and listen!

No prior experience required. Reiki meets you where you're at, and requires nothing of you except a willingness to learn. 

 

We'll be camping near Felton, just outside of Santa Cruz. We'll be immersed in the giant redwoods, and close enough to beaches to have both worlds! We'll enjoy the local coffee shops, parks, and some surprises thrown in!​ I always make time for fun, relaxation and personal down time.

 

All trainings are done outside, so that you are supported and held by the spirit of the earth. This connection brings the experience to another level and matches your body with the frequencies of the earth creating calm and peace automatically on top of the amazing feeling you receive from the Reiki energy. ​
